Daily Report is a private, single-user assistant that gathers Levi Woodard’s own day into one morning briefing. It reads a few of the owner’s personal accounts, on demand, and hands a short summary to an AI assistant (via the Model Context Protocol) so the day can be reviewed at a glance.

It is operated by Woodard Digital for personal use only. It is not a public product, has no sign-ups, and serves no one other than its owner.

What it does Link to heading

Each time it’s asked for a briefing, Daily Report pulls together:

  • Email — a summary of recent unread messages across the owner’s own mailboxes.
  • Google Calendar — the events on the owner’s calendar for the day.
  • Slack — recent activity in the owner’s own workspaces.
  • Todoist — tasks due today and overdue.

These are combined into a single, plain-text briefing and nothing more.

What data it accesses, and how Link to heading

Daily Report requests read-only access to Google data:

  • gmail.readonly — to list recent unread messages and read their subject, sender, and a short preview so they can be summarized.
  • calendar.readonly — to list the day’s events.

The app only ever reads — it never sends, modifies, deletes, or organizes mail or calendar entries. It accesses only the account owner’s own data, authorized by the owner through Google’s standard OAuth consent screen.

How data is handled Link to heading

  • Data is fetched on demand to build a briefing and is not stored, logged to a database, or retained after the briefing is produced.
  • Data is never sold, shared, or traded, and is never used for advertising or to train any model.
  • The service runs on the owner’s own private infrastructure and is reachable only over an authenticated, encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
  • Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
